WAY TO GO GAL!!! Composure would have been tough for me, but is the best way to be heard! I do wonder if you got through to him though(does a leopard really change his spots?)? And to think he will be unleashed on us someday in the near future. I sincerely hope he does change his attitude and realize that patients are not content to sit back and take orders about their bodies anymore. And also that we all do have brains, capiable of learning the same stuff he has learned.
