Dear Debby, Thank you so much for your excellent note taking and unselfish retyping of them! Wow! My notes agree with yours right down the line except at one point where you had some extra question marks.
As regards studies on Anti-thyroid Drugs….Here is what I wrote and remember… There is a higher incidence of side effects on increased doses of ATD’s… There was no evidence that higher doses of ATD’s promote higher remission rates, only that side effects do go up as doses rise. Fromm this I conclude that using the least amount that gets the job done is what makes most sense. ( I had read these studies earlier..so recognized what he was referencing to)
