Jake describes brain fog as: Talking about something and all of a sudden, bam, the train has left the station! Luckily, when he is involved with others who know him so well, they are able to say a trigger word to get him back on track! Amazing how this works, but it really does. Or we have been known to start to finish his sentence and he’ll all of a sudden remember what he was trying to say.
Is this a good definition for you?
