    Hi LuvTennis,

Yes, I have my B-12 checked often because I also have Crohn’s disease. Instead of the shots monthly I’m given two B-12 pills under the tounge everyday and it’s kept my B-12 within normal ranges.
Sometimes I feel 90 yrs old having so many diseases and still issues that my Dr.’s aren’t sure about.
    Thanks for your reply.

I have been having numbness in hands and feet for about a year. My doc said it was a Vit B complex problem. Put me on Celofil, which is a prescription-strength Vit B complex. It has helped, but not totally. He prescribed it for “neuropathy.” Joy in NoGA mtns.

    Joy,

That’s interesting about your problems with numbness. Is your Dr. talking about B-12 or just Vitamin B? I do have pernicious anemia and take two pills a day under my tounge. Is this similiar to you?

No – it is prescription-strength B-Complex (doc has to give a Rx), which includes all of the Vit. B’s – called Cerefolin. Joy in NoGA mtns.
