My right eye is my worst.
AnonymousDecember 9, 1996 at 8:16 pmPost count: 93172There always has to be one exception – my left eye is the worst.

AnonymousDecember 9, 1996 at 9:45 pmPost count: 93172Bruce, wouldn’t want to help blow your theory (hehe), but I’m told my left eye is worse also. Can you make a new theory?
Dianne NAnonymousDecember 9, 1996 at 9:52 pmPost count: 93172Dianne, I know you take morbid pleasure in blowing my theory! Can hear you laughing at me up there in Idaho. But now I’ve got it! Its the right eye in men, and the left eye in women (mostly, but even Newton wasn’t perfect)
Bruce- and I don’t want to hear from people that don’t fit my theory.
AnonymousDecember 9, 1996 at 11:49 pmPost count: 93172I’ll put my two cents in here for the census. I’m female and my left eye has always felt worse but when I went to eye spec. he told me my right eye was worse. Anyway, most of the time both eyes bother me and I long for my eyes of pre GD. Oh well!!!!Hope to hear more on the census. Terri Sue fr. the midwest!
AnonymousDecember 10, 1996 at 12:49 amPost count: 93172Now you really messed me up on the census. Not sure if I should count you as a leftie or rightie. Guess I’ll be scientific and chose the answer I want to hear

AnonymousDecember 10, 1996 at 2:07 amPost count: 93172Well, female and thus far it is the left eye. But I have a theory…
I’ve noticed over the yearsa that my left side is weaker. In fact that eye has bothered me for years , that’s the side where my neck would lump up or any other numbers of gripes.. So maybe you guys have weaker right sides? In most folks we aren’t exactly symetrical. Jeannette PS just theory..AnonymousDecember 10, 1996 at 5:23 amPost count: 93172OK, Bruce, “new theory”: my left eye is more impacted than my right at this point. In a lot of the literature it suggests you sleep sitting up (or with your head elevated) to reduce the impact of the swelling. Well, maybe which eye is impacted more indicates which side the person sleeps on the most??? In my case, I almost always wake up sleeping on my left side.

gave me trouble from the start of this disease…sorry guys, no theories here.
…..CarolynAnonymousDecember 10, 1996 at 2:37 pmPost count: 93172Okaaaaay, my right eye is worse. I’m also a right handed female. Think
there’s a connection?AnonymousDecember 10, 1996 at 8:52 pmPost count: 93172Hi Bruce! I thought I’d better add my two cents to this census. I know you don’t want to hear it, but it was my right eye that started this whole mess – and I’m definitely not a man!
