It’s called, HASHITOXICOSIS. You can reference this in Rosenthal’s “The Thyroid Sourcebook”, p. 53. She calls it the “combo platter”. In chapter 9 of “Your Thyroid…” it is described but not named.

Thanks, Bobbi, for checking so thoroughly and commenting on my error. It allowed me the opportunity to prove to myself that “ze leetle grey cells” can still recoup occasionally. By the way, it was just as I had relaxed in a hot bath that I exclaimed, “Eureka!”
