So, Claudia,
If my gums started flaring up after the RAI treatment (post 8 months), does that mean it was due to HYPERthyroidism or RADIATION? I was also wondering if you have any problems with your salivatory glands like I do. That too can be a BIG problem due to the radiation.

This subject interests me. Before my GD diagnosis (so before RAI of course) my dentist was puzzled at the large amount of work needed, in view of my excellent dental hygiene. Difficulty getting numb has been an issue for me, also.
