When I was 14 yrs. old, I was diagnosed with “Hyperthyroid”. Years of tests later, and a partial thyroidectomy, I was diagnosed with Recurrent Grave’s Disease. I’ve gone from bifocals to 20/20 to “seek counseling” when my vision started to go…. I find myself with Fibromyalgia, eyes that are, once again, only correctable to 20/60. The Manic/Depressive diagnosis gave way to Major Depression. I find the relationship to Recurrent Graves’ very lonely. Anyone ever experience this particular diagnosis?
