Caroline, I don’t know if this will help your “anit-food” stomach or not, but maybe it will. Whenever I was pregnant I had terrible morning (all day) sickness. This recipe for a “double-the-milk shake” was in a pregnancy book and it really got me through with some nutrition in my body!
Freeze half a banana. Add frozen banana, 1 cup skim milk, 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk, 3 ice cubes and 1 tsp peanut butter in a blender. You can add a little sweetner if you need to. It comes out very thick and creamy and packs alot of calcium and protein. It’s also easy on the tastebuds and sick stomach. I had no appetite when first on the PTU and again when I started the Inderal and it helped me then.
