Yes, I get the same type of symptoms you describe.
I had RAI about 10 months ago, and my blood tests have alternated
between Hypo and Hyper for the last 4 months. The feelings of giddiness seem more pronounced
when I am Hypo (according to the blood work) than when my TSH drops off the chart.

Does anyone else who is hypo experience guiddiness? I’m not feeling too bad lately at all, except there are times when my head feels guiddy and my eyes sometimes feel sleepy. My doctor thinks that I am only now exhibiting true hypo symptoms and I increased the replacment hormone but it won’t be a week until Friday. I am not spinning or anything like that but just guiddy. I don’t know any other way to describe it. Any comments from others would be appreciated.
