    i have recently learned that PTU therapy before
    FNA can obscure the results, making the pathology look bad eventhough it may not be. I discussed this with my endo who feels that all ATD’s do this to the same extent. Does anyoune have any experience or info related to this issue.

    Hello,
    I have been to see my Endo and he told me that I might not have Graves’ Disease after all. I do however have a cold nodule on my left lobe that requires a biopsy. Has anyone else had a biopsy and what does it entail? My right lobe is toxic multinodular which was seen on my ultrasound today. Any input would be appreciated greatly.
