I got them during the first two-three months on PTU. When I finally got an
Endo, he told me it was actually from the intense stress of the disease
on the body. When I calmed down, began to feel better, they stopped
happening. I tried everything. The best thing was mixing witch hazel,
rose water and baking soda in a paste and smearing it on at night.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else taking Tapazole has experienced an
outbreak of pimples. At 41, I get large pus filled pimples on my cheeks,
a place I’ve never had pimples. Prior to taking Tapazole, I would get
one a month (PMS stuff), usually on the forehead or between the eyes.
Fortunately, these didn’t take two or three weeks to go away. These
are the big sore type of pimples.
