Thanks for the reply, and its good to meet you Jan. My surgeon also reassured me that the tingling in the face is a good sign and that feeling would return. Being the Virgo that I am though, I wondered if there was anything I could do to help it along. I acutally did have pain as well, but I’m sure not as severe with the numbness to help to mask it. They used my ethmoid sinus cavities to enter for use of telescopes to assist the Plastics Doc in the view for the fractures (3), etc and as the ENT Doc said, your face is angry at what happened and will take a while to settle down. It’s great to know that there is a support group like this!
