Hi everyone. I was diagnosed about two months ago with Graves and have been on PTUs and beta blockers. The meds have worked wonderfully for the most part – no more shakes at least. Major itching but when we adjusted the medication that subsided too. The big problem within the last couple of days or so is numbness in my hands. Feels like pins and needles and I wake us several times during the night with one or both hands like this. It’s very uncomfortable. I’m schedule for my RAI in a couple of weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of problem and if it’s related to Graves or something else. God bless each of you on this bulletin board. You’ve given me such hope.
