They are fast tracking what looks to be an effective treatment for TED, a medication that has been shown in trials to improve proptosis by 2 mm. Thanks for posting – this is definitely a promising option! Once the FDA determines that the filing is complete, it looks like it’s the FDA’s call whether to complete the approval process in an accelerated 6-month time frame (so perhaps early 2020).
