Any advice on dealing with thigh muscle tremors? It’s a real annoyance to be standing up (I do a fair amount of public speaking) and to have my legs feel like jelly. I already do step aerobics and some weight work. My endo has OK’d, just told me to watch out for overexertion.
I was diagnosed with GD in April, 1995, have been on PTU since then, am getting my RAI in 3 days. We gave the meds a fair chance, but it’s time to change approaches.
