Any advice on dealing with thigh muscle tremors? It’s a real annoyance to be standing up (I do a fair amount of public speaking) and to have my legs feel like jelly. I already do step aerobics and some weight work. My endo has OK’d, just told me to watch out for overexertion.

I was diagnosed with GD in April, 1995, have been on PTU since then, am getting my RAI in 3 days. We gave the meds a fair chance, but it’s time to change approaches.

Thank you in advance for advice. Have a happy and HEALTHY holidays and New Year.

        Hi Debbie,

After the doc put me on Inderal, not only did the heart beat calm down but the tremors in my thighs, upper arms and hands (from muscle weakness) also improved. Don’t know what your situation is, but it sure helped me. Good luck. Claudia
