      I’m having my Thyroid removed in one week and my surgeon has put me on Lugol for 10 days. Has anyone had to do this? Thanks!

        Yes, the doctor put me on LUGOL before my thyroid surgery. Can’t remember why – seems like it has something to do with thickening your blood?

          Did you have your thyroid removed? Can you tell me about it? I’m having mine removed on Tuesday and am becomming anxious and curious as to what is going to happen. Thanks!
