      Greeting:

      I am 15 years old and I was diagnosed with grave’s disease about two years ago. I chose to use PTU and synthroid medication to fix the problem. And it did. I just got off the medication and my thyroid levels are normal. But now I have a extremely low blood platelet count. I was wondering if any one heard of these things being related? (Grave’s disease and low blood platelet count) Could it be the medication causing it, or something else? Thanks
