Kerri, my TSH is suppressed also, 6+ months after RAI and on synthroid. That happens commonly when one has been hyper for awhile, and can take 3-6 months (my endo said) to start functioning normally. Were you hyper this time again?

You are about the third person I’ve talked to who was on synthroid and had some regeneration of the thyroid after RAI. Did your endo say how often this happens? Thanks. Dianne N

What does it mean when your TSH is suppressed? My TSH numbers were 0.10
at my last test. I have been blown away by RAI about 2 years ago, went on Synthroid,
but my gland has regenerated somewhat and now I have been off of the Synthroid for
9 weeks. Everything else is in a normal range, but the TSH. Has anyone
        else experienced this?

Sounds like it could be. However, the scan will be the determining factor. If you have a high uptake of the iodine and it is absorbed throughout the entire thyroid, that is an indication of Grave’s.
Of course, the antibodies indicate an auto-immune disease.
