Just when I was feeling better and could really do some things…….
got to feeling really lousy at work Wednesday, gave tons of blood
Thurs, and got the results Friday. T4 is normal, T3 is low, TSH is
still low.
Was at the GP Friday and he finally got ahold of the endo (who was
snowed in in Columbia, Mo – half a state away) to see if they agreed on
what was going on. They both think I have a myalgia (sp?) which is
listed as a possible side affect from the PTU and beta blockers.
Wonderful. Every muscle in my body hurts. Anybody else gone through
this from the meds? Makes me wonder if I’ll have to give up on PTU
and do RAI.
