Hi guys,
Just wanted to post. Nothing Graves, my sister has been in surgery since 7:30 this morning for breast cancer. It is now 10:45 p.m., here, and she has at least 2 more hours to go. they have taken both of them, and the lymph nodes on one side. Now they are doing reconstructive surgery. The doctors met with her this morning, before surgery, and they all prayed with her. That is the most comforting thought. They said this evening, that everything is going well.
You know, I look at my plight, and I feel like I am on top of the world compared to my sister. I just want to hug her, hold her, and pray with her and tell her everything is going to be all right. I know it will be.
I am doing well….still feel better than I did before the RAI. It will be 3 weeks this coming Monday. Still have some tremors, heat intolerance, and sleeplesness, but the heart rate is not bad anymore. The eyes seem to have something going on with them, but it comes & goes.
Anyway, just wanted to ask for a special little prayer for my sis, too. Feel her & her family need it alot more than me right now.
