Well, all the swelling is gone in both eyes now from my recent lid retractions. I am now learning to live with my new “face”. Even after the second surgeries, my left eye tends to be droopy. I guess this is as good as it gets! I didn’t expect miracles, and I was granted the wish of having eyes that completely close!
My Synthroid dosage has once again been stabilized, and I’ve been feeling great! Life is GOOD!Debby, GD Warrior and proud of it
P.S. Jake, I thought of you the other night. The local Sioux tribe held their annual “run” from Fort Snelling to Mankato (a relay of sorts) to honor the memory of the Sioux Indians that were hanged in Mankato after the Sioux Uprising. They were running in sub-zero temperatures all day. True Warriors!
