    Had a great golf lesson this morning, felt so good I came home and did
    yard work all afternoon. Stupid Stupid Stupid! I still havent accepted
    my limitations. Now I’ll pay for it by feeling sick, and listening
    to my heart pound. It’s one of those “I hate this disease moments.”

    Hi Barb,
    Sorry you had such a bad day. I have alot of them myself.
    I guess you have to look on the bright side after all you
    got your yard work done, and nobody likes doing that!
