      Has anyone else heard that if you get less than the required amount of sleep
      8 hours it weakens your immune system? From what I read the sleep keeps your
      immune cells powered up.

      Any thoughts on this?

        I do know when I start running on less sleep, I tend to get sicker more.
        I’m not sure if it is the immune system per say, but when your bodies
        energy level gets run down, you do leave yourself open to getting sick.
