I have the eyelid retraction in one eye, which happened sometime last fall. Everyone thought it was sinus and allergy problems! I went to a doctor and he said that there was no optic nerve damage and it would just be a fustration. On about the 1st of June I started having periods of hotness, anxiety, increased heart rate, and grittiness in my eyes. Another blood test was done, and I was told everything was in the normal range. My TSH is low .61 but my T4 is 6.1. So I’m feeling like I’m inventing these symptons and noone is listening! Now 6 weeks lated I’m feeling better, but my other eye is definitely retracting! Where will it stop and has anyone else had this situation. My right eye has some bluriness and I guess it is happening to my left now. Thanks for listening!

I would go for a second opinion.
