Hi Rachel, I agree with Bobbie, I just weighted in at 93 pounds. My “ideal”
weight according to my Dietician is 110 pds. I’ve never been overweight
but I’d prefer to have a little extra rather then not enough.
I have been struggling for the past 6 months to gain weight so I’d
feel better and stronger. Bobbi can you let me in on your mom’s secret
to putting “curious” people in their place? I’d love to know her response.
    Shana.

    Hi everyone!

I need some advise. Before graves I was a runner and at 5’7″, 150 pounds, I was pretty healthy and a strong distance runner. I am now 170 pounds, tired all the time, and finally on synthroid. I take water pills (prescribed by doctor) to control my excessive water retention. I can still run 3 miles, after a 7 month lay off, but to no avail, I can’t seem to lose the weight I’ve gained. Any ideas on what I can do to lose it all? I lost about 12 pounds when I was diagnosed with Graves and after the RAI I blossomed to what I am now. I hate it and can’t fit my clothes anymore…..I don’t what to buy new clothes if there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If anyone lost weight finally, how long did it take? I need help and want to get back into shape and my clothes again…….help!! Thanks all!!! : )
    Lisa
