      Hi to all! I’m back from a month long trip and I’ve really missed everyone. I have to tell you that for a year and a half I have felt terrible with this disease. I went way and ate really healthy, exercised every day, had no stress and slept in every morning. I felt great!!! Well, I’ve been back for about a week and am definetly starting to slow down again. I have come to the conclusion that stress has a tremendous influence on how I feel. All the other things are important to, but for me I think it’s the stress that really sets me back. So that’s my up date. Hope everyone has been doing good. Hello to all the new poeple! Trish
