Well sorted through everything today. STRESSED! I finally sorted
out what was broken. My glass end table, planter stands, fish tank.
Also pictures missing. Who knows maybe the compensation will be
even better then the broken ones, new furniture! that would be
    a nice stress buster!
I still haven’t gotten a doctor yet. Not much to choose from
unforturnately. I’m feeling kind of crappy lately so I guess any
GP will have to do for now. Boy I envy you guys with the Opthos and
    Endos!
Sorry I haven’t written you all back yet. Everything is basically
done with the move now, so I can catch up on my mail soon.
Thanks all of you for writing. Hope your all doing wonderful!
    Love to all,
    Shannon.

Valerie, after 28 years of moving around the country I decided to go home which was Illinois. I was raised in Chicago. It has been nine years since I am back, and in some ways I miss some of the really good friends I had but have picked up some truly nice new ones as well. My problem has been not being able to get out and do things I used to do or want to do because of feeling so yucky a great deal of the time. During my eye surgeries I felt really alone. You will be fine especially if it feels “right” to you, but do make some friends and get a support system going for you.
