    Sorry I keep posting messages twice! I click on the place to check and
    see if the message was posted, don’t see it, send it again, then find
    out both were posted! Sorry for being redundant. Does anyone know if
    there is a way to delete a message once it is posted? I’ll get the hang
    of this! Also – thanks a lot to the people who responded to my request
    for info about RAI! I am feeling more encouraged about having to do
    that when I go to my endo appt. on Feb. 5. Barb
