tsh came back 1.29, doc told me i’m finally euthroid. but i still feel
miserable!! so tired. dr. thinks maybe anemia’s the problem. so i go
back for blood tests and complete physical feb. 2. says in the meantime
to start taking an iron vitamin.

i am confused. when i first went to endo., he told me to stay away from
iron. is it because i’m euthroid now that i can? or did i misunderstand
      him?

      thanks
      peggy

I have never heard of this term. what does it mean? I also have not been able to get anyone to let me know if they have heard of anyone having three or more RAI treatments. Has anyone?

Do you mean “euthyroid”? That means that your thyroid function is within the normal range (either on its own, or with the help of meds.)

I’m sure I’ve read of people on the BB who have had 3 or more RAI treatments — if you’ve got a lot of time, try looking back through some older posts — 6 months of more, it might help to arrange by topic, rather than date.
