Yes, I am taking both T-3 and T-4 replacement. For the most part, it is working much better for me than just the T-4 was.

I let myself get too stressed out on Friday. I had two major programs to write and had to fix problems that the tax department had created with the 1099’s, my husband was calling me continuously and driving me crazy about whether or not to come home this weekend (he didn’t), 2 rooms were being painted, …

I didn’t feel very good with some hyper symptoms, but since I have been feeling pretty well lately, I am chalking them up to stress. I go back to the endo tomorrow to check last week’s bloodwork. I can let you know what the numbers are after that.

I tend to have a little more energy, and have managed to lose a little more of the weight I gained on the ATDs. I still have trouble with the hair, and have started having itchy skin. Changing to a moisturizing soap has helped the itch. Anyway, I feel better with the adder T-3.

Hope all works out for you whatever you and your endo decide.

Thank you to all who replied to my post. I’m overwhelmed with the resources made available to me and my husband as we try to do our part in helping Dad.

Unfortunately, my father-in-law doesn’t have a computer, but I will check your site regularly for ways that my husband and I can help the situation.

Thanks for all the great advice and personal anecdotes on the treatments you’ve gone through. Very helpful…and I’m going to be sure to pass them on.

    God Bless You All,

    Lynn
