Hi Kitty, thanks for the e-mail. I don’t know where you would get the eye pillow. My sister got it for me from a boutique shop that sells a little of everything. I don’t think the pillow helps dry eyes. I find the help of the flax and lavender pillow is mainly because I take the time to lie down and relax. When the pillow is put in the freezer the coolness soothes the eyes and is supposed to help any swelling.

When I was at my eye specialist the other day he told me to put my ointment under the “bottom lip” of my bad eye then tape a piece of saran wrap over my eye before I go to sleep. He said this should keep the moisture around the eye as when I sleep it is not closing. I only tried it last night and I didn’t tape it properly and it bothered me so I took it off early this morning. My eye was really moist tho. I will try to do a better job tonight.

Will someone please tell me where to get the eye pillows. Do they help dry eyes?
I have watery eyes, but I know someone who has very dry eyes. Please

Hi CC,

Dagggggg,that’s a lot of money! Are you sure they paid for any of the cost? Mercy! About your burning, are your eyes just burning or is it after you have used the tears. I was using regular tears and I felt like my eyes had been in a fire. My opthalmologist told me to make sure I got tears “perservatives free”. Problem solved immediately. Also, is your eye doctor an opthalmologist? I don’t know if that would make a difference. It could be the way they coded the charges. Try to get the silicone ones, I know they last longer than a week!! Mine are many months old.
