I take acetaminophen with codeine for the eye muscle pain. It helps a little bit. I don’t know where you are (isn’t paracetamol availabile in the UK). I don’t know of anything that relaxes the eye muscles directly. Why don’t you mention this to your eye specialist. (do you have eye disease, or is it a general eye pain?) Let us all know if you find anything out for the eyes won’t you?
