    Most of the support people that Jake and I deal with locally, take their meds on an empty stomach, one hour before eating. However, our consulting pharmacist advices that if you have been taking your meds a certain way for a while, then you should continue on that path. Any change in this routine could affect your levels. Jake has found by taking it on an empty stomach that it allows them to begin absorption without hinderence from foods. You may want to consult your Doctor for his imput on this.
