I know you’re all waiting for a joke from me…
I went to a women’s health lecture yesterday (Saturday) by Carol Dalton. I will tell you all about that in another post. If you have a chance to hear her speak, do so. She is from Boulder Co. if any of you are from that neck of the woods. I stole this joke from her lecture, it was the only one I could remember (anyone here hyper or hypo can identify with that I bet)
Two old friends were talking. One old guy says to the other, “Boy, this new stuff I’m taking for my memory is really working!”
“Wow, I’m really happy for you. What is it that you’re taking?”
The first guy pauses a long time then says, “You know that, um, flower, and it’s sometimes red, and ah, it has a lot of petals, and it has a long straight stem?”
“You mean a rose?”
“Yeah, that’s it! HEY, ROSE, WHAT’S THAT STUFF I’VE BEEN TAKING?”
