I have approached our board about facilitating a chat for newly diagnosed. We have a chat every Wed night when the chat server is up. Questions by new folks are never a problem on the Wed night chat (which started a a minute ago) So adding a chat would take a dedicated facilitator to sit in and answer questions or direct you to who can provide and answer.
