OK all you CHATers out there.
The CHAT line is up and running. You must change some things in your set up though. When you get to mIRC pull up the site you used to get into Support-group chat. I think it either has an edit button or says properties. Click on that and you will see a block where it says location of server. You probable have http://www.support-group.com in that block. Change it to the IP address of 209.101.89.81 and click ok.
You can now access CHAT. I changed my mIRC last night and got into CHAT right away. Try it today and let me know if it does not work prior to tomorrow.
