Well this is the first time in a month–i have been lurking……my dear Father passed away on the 17th of Dec…….I think i did really well, as did my family and my children…….it is really just starting to sink in i guess…..Christmas was just spent honoring the birth of Jesus ….and it was a leson well learned for all of us….we made it through and enjoyed each other and leaned on each other….I think after all these years we found the true meaning of Family……..

well …whats been happening???? What ave i missed????

I went back up to .125 synthyroid and only after a month have started to get some energy back…..hopefully not too much energy!!!!
