We cannot begin to guess what this may be and even if we could, that would hinge on practicing medicine without a license, a felony. I think maybe you need to check with your doctor for his advice. You neglected to state if you have graves’ or not. Sorry we cannot be of more help.

        Hi Angie,
Another question for you to ask your doctor tomorrow before you have the RAI if you get to see him. Maybe he can send you in the right direction for this as well as for your eyes. Good luck, and prop your feet up at your folks for the weekend!

Angie, I would suggest you see a dermatologists and have a bioposity (sp)to find out exactually what it is. He can tell you if its GD related or not.

I have had an unusual spot on my back since ’92. I first noticed it when I came home from the hospital from the birth of my 1st child. It was really itchy and shiny in color. Cancer was the first thing on my mind but the Dr ruled that out and just passed it off. Now it looks like a bruise and is not as itchy. About 9 mo ago I was seen by an Ortho, Chiropractor and Massage Therapist and they have never seen anything like it but they all say I have lost the muscle in that area in my back. My muscle is just gone. I have no clue how this happens and if it can be linked to Grave’s. Anyone ever see or have something like this??? Could I have had Grave’s for that long and not known it? I am only 25 now so I don’t know if that is even possible at 19. ???
