        Sorry, if I knew, I’d be asleep too. Have you ever noticed how bad TV is at this hour?

        I’ve had insomnia for years, but it seems lately that I’m either sleeping all the time or hardly sleeping at all. I take Pamelor, which usually helps, but not tonight.

        Hope you’re able to sleep soon (me too!)
