now you get off the computer and go to sleep steve:)cant sleep insomnia you know
i got the same darn thing.
a sledgehammer would come in handy right now. too bad i dont have one,if counting sleep dont work ,take 4 big teaspoons of benadryl it works
that stuff makes me itch.
as for counting sheep…i cant count over 10 so im pretty much in trouble:)
ill hit the hay soon.well i’m glad shannon can sleep through all this!
Yeah my eyes did their job again, a regular alarm clock they are.
And I went to bed 12:30 am hoping I would sleep soundly, you sort
of have those hopes when your very very tired for some reason. I guess
my eyes and my brain are having a disagreement.I wonder if petroleum jelly and duct tape will do the job and stop
them from drying out or is that a bit extreme !Sleep peacefully everyone,
Shannon.
Steve I wasn’t sleeping my eyes ached to much to be staring at a
computer screen, besides you and Sue seemed to be doing okay by
yourselves. You should have went on MircShannon.
Hi Folks,
Some people would say I have insomonia, but I don’t. I just don’t like
to waste too much time sleeping. I get about 6 hours a night, if I force
myself to bed by 2:00. I really hate to go to bed when I’m thinking about
stuff and feeling real insightfulI’d get 7 or 8 if I didn’t have to get up by 8:00
or 8:15. The web runs a lot faster in the middle of the night than
early evening when it’s so clogged. Now, if my daughters school started
at say 10 or 11, I’d get plenty of sleep.Linda
