1996…1997!

Happy New Year, everyone! 1996 is finally over. I know I’m happy about that. This past year seems to have been trying on everyone. I am so thankful that I found this BB. It made the end of my year so much more bearable. I hope everyone got to check out fireworks or whatever you like to do on New Year’s Eve. I wore myself out walking around downtown Honolulu at an alcohol-free block party of sorts. At midnight, I watched the fireworks and tried to escape from the pouring rain that followed. New Year’s Day was cool. I had a traditional Japanese breakfast with my family. Fortunately, I got out of eating some of the weird stuff since my stomach is still anti-food. Whew! No black beans… Thank you, everyone, for being here, so I know that I’m not going through this alone.
