It’s been about 2 and a half months since the RAI and despite exercising
everyday (walking to and from work-2.5 mi each way) and going to the gym
3-4 times per week for serious weight training, I can’t seem to take off
the added 20 lbs. I’ve gained. Very frustrating. My diet has always been
balanced and nutritional-no desserts, low-fat, etc. Any idea on how long
this added weight will last and any suggestions for what I may have over-
looked?
