The metabolic adjustment is definitely a problem. Was exercising by
walking 2 1/2 miles on treadmill or 4 miles on local streets, but stopped
when went back to work.
Fruit is too much carbohydrates for my body to handle. I love them but
then my blood sugar goes up. I am on high enough insulin and don’t want
any more because it causes serious weight gain.
