    Sara,
Keep typing and letting it out, and crying sometimes can be the release you need. My best friend lost a baby in September and I have watched what she is going through. Talk about it, it does help. It’s a challenge by itself being a single mother, plus everything else you have going on. Call your Endo back and see if they can sqeeze you in somewhere, it’s worth a try. I wish you nothing but the best and if you need to talk just start typing.

Thanks for taking the time to answer all of my questions there were a lot. I have been researching my options, but I do think my Endo should be explaining things to me. I live in a small town and I think I am going to go out of town for another opinion. About the Beta-blockers my heart rate is only in the 70-80 range so a Beta-blocker could make me bottom out. At least that’s what my doc has told me when I complain about the palpitations. The tremors are worst in the morning and of course when I am nervous. Thank you again for getting back to me.

Wow Diane your post really got people talking. I personally have decided to hold off on the RAI, I just cant see destroying my thyroid function permanently yet. Stress wil definitely make your levels go up. I have been on break from school for about three weeks and my levels have come down. But I know as soon as I go back they will go back up. There is a chance of remission and I am holding out hope for that and giving it to God. I hope everything works out for you. Hang in there.

Hi! Dont worry I am in the same boat. I was diagnosed about four months ago, and trust me the PMS is 100 times worse. You are already emtionally volatile with graves then add hormones to it and it can be a disaster. When I get like that I practice deep breathing techniques and it usually calms me down. I can laugh and cry at the same time, and still have no reason why. Good luck try the deep breathing it works for me.

Congrats on your good news! That is what I am hoping for my doctor is really pushing RAI, but I am going to wait. I hope your good fortune continues.
