    Shirley,
It is pretty amazing to able to see everyone on the same day. The hospital I go to tries their best to do this if possible. My daughter and I go to same hospital so if we can get appts on the same day so much the better. I am doing the lab work for the LFTs next week and hopefully will know something within a few days from the hepatologist. So much bloodwork these days I feel like a pin cushion but I know that I must keep up on the labs. My endo is great and communicates with me withing days of receiving the lab results. I feel pretty comfortable with her!

    Bobbi,
Yes, I do feel better slightly hypo. I had no idea about what being hyper felt like. I was levothyroxine for 15yrs and with the exception of having a hard time dropping weight off I always felt good. Being hyper I am more tired than I have ever felt and just so out of sorts. I feel sad, weepy, and sick. I am normally a very happy and very busy person. I am trying to find some positive in this and it is hard. Looking forward to feeling like myself again.

    Shirley,
Yes, I am still having trouble with the constipation. I am taking Miralax twice a day which I started on Thursday. I was thinking about doing it three times a day though. I did do a Fleets on Wednesday evening. I also had soaps suds enemas while I was in the hospital (Tues/Weds). I am going often (due to being hypER??) but sometimes not too much comes out. I have an appointment with the GI doc on Monday. I have IBS and dyspepsia so I am very uncomfortable. My daughter has trouble with constipation and I never realized how awful she felt until now.

    Hello Ski,
Thanks for the info. I keep crossing my fingers for a quick fix but I know that I am in for a wild ride. I didn’t realize that I could have the antibodies from both Hashi and Graves. Makes for a nice mixed basket. I will be headed out in a couple of hours to get my blood work done and hope to have some results in the next few days. I was able to go on a couple of short walks this weekend (YAY!) as the cardio said it would be OK but to start slowly. This whole situation has been tough for me and my family. I homeschool both of my children and we do a lot of activities throughout the week but that just hasn’t been possible lately. I do find that by staying closer to home we are spending more time together and we are all loving that. Also, I have seen that the family is taking on more responsibilities around the house. There are some good things coming out of this. <img decoding=” title=”Smile” />

Not sure how this popped into my last post "diffuse telogen effluvium type hair loss". I have had some hair loss with this change but it has been more on my body. I could be losing it on my head too but I have super thick, curly hair and I tend to lose some when I brush normally so I am not sure if there is anymore coming out than usual.
