I have had Graves for about 8 years. I had the orbital decompression, double vision correction, reconstructive eye surgery. Last year I had 2 retinal tears and now the pressure in my eye is very high.
My occular plastic surgeon said something is wrong and sent me to an
ENT, had cat scan. They said there was a sinus infection, although I am symptom free. Took a course of antibiotics and now they want to do surgery. I really don’t want to have sinus surgery.
Last year I had 3 surgeries for breast cancer and the 2 surgeries for the retinal tears.
What do we know about sinus surgery on the side of the orbital decompression?
