Had my Vitamin D tested a year ago and my level was extremely low. I have been on 3000 Vitamin D daily for about a year now and feel so much better and my levels are in the normal range. My doctor said I will probably have to take the supplement for the rest of my life.

Get your levels checked you will feel better :)

For me it was learning that when you feel like something is not right with your mind or body to pay attention and find out what is wrong. I was feeling off from 2005-2007 and did nothing only to find out it was Graves. I will always pay attention now

Hang in there I had RDI about 18 months ago and I only gained 10lbs. Once my thyroid levels were adjusted I started losing weight and I have energy again <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” /> Good Luck
