Thanks for the warm welcome! Alas, curly hair and bangs aren’t a happy match for me. I do believe my glasses help mask the effect and I’ve become adept at tilting my head in such a way that minimizes the difference to the onlooker. Gave up eyeliner when TED first started, as even the most waterproof stuff dissolved with my watery eyes. Have been referred by a friend to a local clinical cosmetologist. She works primarily with post-mastectomy patients, but if she’s got mad Hollywood-style skills, maybe she could work wonders. Here’s hoping to fool some of the people some of the time.
