hyperm..Life is not easy in fact its hard really freaking hard. You are not alone. I hate my life everyday i wake up with this awful disease. You cant let it win you HAVE TO FIGHT EVERY DAY. RIGHT WHEN YOU FEEL YOU ARW DONE YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THAT MUCH HARDER. If i was near i would come over and slap you into reality. This sucks its not easy and im sure it wont be easier anytime soon. SO RANT SCREAM CRY THROW YOUR PILLOWS. Whatever you do DONT TAKE YOUR THOUGHTS INTO ACTION..call the suicide hotline anything. we care and understand you more than your husband. STAY STRONG DAMN IT

wow. I am so sorry you had to go through all that. I bet it was scary. I hope you seek a good medication/natural remedy to help you become stable. I just started synthroid a week ago. I didnt experience that at all. Just goes to show you how different everyone is. your in my prayers..

I have a close family friend that has MS. She is on a shot daily. She lives a great life. Just got married. Bought a house. Works full time and is a mother and obviously a new wife. They have a great life. Not at all the outcome i thought she would have from how she was suffering. Strokes and everything. It was awful. Good luck and pm me on how your treatments go:)

mongo26** Okay so just my story. I was on propan and had the same problem. There is a time release capsule available in this drug and i think it would be great for you to ask your dr for your refill if you could try this. It really worked for me. I ended up switching to atenolol and took 100 when i woke up and 100 around bed time. This was my savior dose. Everyone is different but my heart rate and tremors were my main complaint when i was hyper. Hope you find relief this is very important your heart cant take the stress like this.

Ugh. You are going through exactly what i went through. I was taken off the tap and put on ptu HAD thee exact thing happen but at a different rate and level. I then was told well thyroidectomy or RAI. Soo i took three days to do some consultations and do some heavy reliable researching and chose to do the rai. Now im on synthroid. I THINK YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DR STAT OR EMERGENCY ROOM. THATS HOW I FELT AND THEY TOLD ME I MADE A GOOD CHOICE BY COMING IN.

Yeah I believe so:) I think we have the thyroxine too! Synthroid is the name brand of the levothyroxine for us. Lacie that is hilarious oh my goodness. As far as feeling any different I have, just not sure if its in a good or bad way:( I have had these bad dreams, anxiety and fear of having a seizure which is a rare side effect. However,since I have experienced seizures from meds its freaking me out everytime I take it. Im still feeling a lil off balance at times like I’m "wall banging, wall hugging" I dont know what to think anymore:(

hello and welcome to the family. lol…well im 24 been dealing with graves for four years due to mis diagnosed. I had the tachycadia to the point it was a chore to walk up steps or a straight shot to the kitchen. my resting heart rate was 125 and ran about 170 through the day.. My tremors were out of Freaking control. I could hardly write in class. I couldnt color in bubbles for tests my teacher did it for me. I couldnt put makeup on without really trying to steady my hands. My legs had tremors lol. My legs would shake when i stood in one place or walk too long. I was always hyper and would be on the go ALL THE TIME. I just had Rai done and am now hypo thyroid. i didnt respond well to ptu or tapazole. i am on synthroid 75 mcg. My tremors were the first thing that went away. my Hr then came the weight then hypo.

That is AWESOME ” title=”Smile” /> I am so happy for you. How is the synthroid treating you and how long did you take to notice a big difference or a small for that matter? I just started my synthroid the 24th. My tsh went from .1-85.3 in like 3 weeks. crazy stuff.

That is actually a really rare side effect but its monitored the whole time your on the ATD’S. I know when it happens you are immediately taken off the medication.
